THE CORE FRAMEWORK
The Pantry Performance Method
Most confidence programs tell athletes to "just believe in themselves." This one shows them exactly how. The Pantry Performance Method™ is a visual, memorable framework that makes the invisible mechanics of confidence completely understandable.
Your mind is like a pantry stocked from every experience you've ever had. Each moment gets captured, emotionally tagged, and built into a program, stored as a jar on your shelf. The jars that serve you go on the right, the ones that don't on the left, and whatever you repeat most moves to the front ready to grab under pressure. Over time your mind stops questioning what it grabs and turns it into a belief. This program teaches athletes to look at what's really on their shelves and restock with beliefs that actually perform.
KNOW YOURSELF. UNDERSTAND EVERYONE ELSE.
The Animal Matrix
Every athlete is wired differently. The Animal Matrix™ is a self-discovery and communication tool that helps athletes understand their natural confidence style and stop feeling different or broken for how they respond to pressure, people, and competition.
Wolf — Outer Driven · High Confidence
Confident, team-focused, and prepared; you lead by example and thrive when contributing to something bigger than yourself.
Lion — Inner Driven · High Confidence
Unshakeable and bold; you know your value, lead with assurance, and don't need anyone's approval to take charge.
Dog — Outer Driven · Moderate Confidence
Connection-fueled and loyal; you thrive on encouragement from others and light up when your contributions are seen and appreciated by and for the greater good.
Cat — Inner Driven · Moderate Confidence
Analytical and privately driven; you know you're capable but prefer to work through challenges on your own terms before stepping into the spotlight.
Squirrel — Outer Driven · Low Confidence
Cautious and approval-seeking; you care deeply about doing things right and need a safe, encouraging environment to begin building your confidence.
Fox — Inner Driven · Low Confidence
Confident on the outside but defensive within; you wear ego like armor, can play victim to your circumstances, and need a patient, consistent presence to finally trust that someone is truly in your corner.

THE SHIFT
Before & After 8 Weeks
Most confidence programs tell athletes to "just believe in themselves." This one shows them exactly how. The Pantry Performance Method™ makes the invisible mechanics of confidence completely understandable. And the Animal Matrix™ takes it further — helping athletes discover how they're naturally wired, why they respond the way they do under pressure, and how to communicate with coaches, teammates, and competitors in a way that builds connection instead of confusion. Two frameworks. One complete picture.

QUESTIONS
We've Got You
What ages is this program built for?
Growing Athletes Confidence is designed for athletes ages 12–22. The content, language, and activities are crafted to connect with teenage and young adult athletes at every level and across all sports.
Does it matter what sport the athlete plays?
Not at all. The Pantry Performance Method ™ and Animal Matrix™ apply to every sport: football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, cross country, archery, motocross, volleyball, gymnastics, swimming, track, baseball, softball, and beyond. The mental skills are universal.
How does the weekly coaching feedback work?
Each week, the athlete completes a reflection quiz. Those responses are reviewed and responded to with coaching feedback so athletes feel seen, supported, and guided through all 8 weeks.
How much time does each week take?
Each week is designed to take about 45–60 minutes total, including the video, workbook activities, and reflection. The program is fully self-paced, so athletes can work around their busy schedules.
Can coaches use this with their teams during the season?
Absolutely, and many do. The content was created to address the most common challenges within a season and would work well to include in their practices and team meetings.
What's the best option for an athletic director or club director?
The Organization/School License is built specifically for directors who want to offer this as a resource across multiple teams and programs. Reach out to discuss a custom plan for your organization's needs.
