HEY THERE! 

I’m Amy Suiter...first and foremost,  I am a wife to my high school sweetheart, and a mama of three beautiful young souls, which in my world is the life of my dreams.  I am obsessed with helping others live into their passions while consciously creating the life of their dreams. I am passionate about helping athletes, coaches, parents, and supporters with mindset tools to help you and those you serve reach your goals, and honestly open up your mind to possibilities you didn’t even realize were possible.

I was a softball athlete, far too long ago, at the University of Washington where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I went on to coach softball at Texas Tech University while I also pursued a doctorate in Sports Psychology.  Following Texas Tech I coached softball for 8 years at Western Washington University. While I enjoyed coaching on the field, the piece of coaching that always lit me up was the mental game.  So here I am. serving you, and living out my dream!
